David was always available to talk and think through any questions that I had. More than that, he was looking ahead to the next things I should be thinking about, so the only surprise was how quickly everything worked as we planned!
– Brian C. (Seller)
David was terrific! From the moment we met, we were very impressed with his warm and friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. He was totally available and responded immediately to our phone, texts, and email questions. He navigated us throughout the process with excellent service and support. David always had our best interest in mind.

He managed working with my sister and me (both control freaks) with professionalism, humor, and sound advice. He knows Nashville, knows the dynamics of the real estate market and was simply a great partner to have during this process. I wholeheartedly would recommend David to anyone.
